all prices are in USD.

slots are not first come first serve.

full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice after you approve of the sketch.

An exception: +300$ payments can be partially paid, but no less than 50% upfront. the final image will be delivered in full resolution once the other 50% have been paid.

refunds are not possible due to restrictions on international outgoing payments in my country. Kindly make sure you are 100% on board before ordering.

prices may increase depending on the level of complexity (wings, armour, multiple fabrics with different complex patterns/designs, complex jewelry, huge amounts of flowers .. etc.)

commissions are default in A4 size (2480px x 3508px) portrait mode mostly unless otherwise specified.

if you plan on printing you must let me know before I start working.

commissions are for personal use only. commercial prices are different, feel free to inquire if interested.

by commissioning me you agree to the addition of the commissioned work in my portfolio, and for it to be used for self-promo on social media. No profit will be made off of personal commissioned pieces.

you can use the commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes however you please (headers, icons/avatars, social media, etc) with credit. note: whether personal or commercial, you may not use the commissioned work for NFT or AI Generation in any shape or form.

I reserve the right to decline any request or commissions I am uncomfortable with or that are not within my skillset.

Visual references. Any written descriptions must be accompanied by images, these are necessary and save both of us alot of time. pinterest boards, moodboards, face claims, stick figure sketches ..all are welcome and all helps tremendously.

any information/symbolism about the character that you think will be instrumental to the image.

if there is a specific deadline, please make sure to state that in the form as well. I usually take from 2 weeks to 6 weeks for each piece, depending on the type.

I sometimes post commission wips on twitter, so if you'd prefer to keep your artwork private during the process, please let me know early on.

your username on your preferred social media, this is optional. only if you would like me to tag you if I post it online. otherwise, it will just be titled "commission".

If I take your commission I'll get back to you with an estimate and a time estimate for the sketch (ranges from 3 to 10 days, depending on the type)

Upon receiving a sketch, you will be sent an invoice. you can make revisions and tweaks at this stage, and once you're satisfied you can send the payment.

After the payment is confirmed, you will be updated regularly every few days or weekly depending on the type of commission.
